Randy Hulek is President, founder, and owner of Complete Medical Billing Solutions, Inc., a family-owned medical billing and practice-management company based in State College, Pennsylvania. With 30 years of experience in medical billing and practice operations, Randy leads CMBS Inc. with a clear focus: helping physicians stay focused on patient care while a trusted business-side partner manages the billing, follow-up, reporting, and operational details that keep a practice moving.

Since founding Medical Billing Solutions LLC in 2003, and reincorporating to Complete Medical Billing Solutions Inc. in 2011 due to company growth, Randy has built a team with 70+ years of combined medical billing and management experience. CMBS Inc. supports practices with start-up planning, billing workflow improvement, AR follow-up, denial management, credentialing, reporting, and broader practice-management needs across specialties including anesthesia, pain management, OB/GYN, primary care, surgical, chiropractic, DME billing, and more.

Randy's leadership philosophy is rooted in service, accountability, ethical billing, and long-term client relationships.
